Let's face it, content will need to be changed, images will need to be added and removed, and updates and upgrades are always necessary. You will also need to have backups done on the database, verify external links are still valid, and even run site statistics. The list can go on and on but the point is that you will need to keep your website finally tuned and with fresh content.

Routine website maintenance is often overlooked by most companies that can not afford a full time webmaster. Normally you hire someone to design a great website, everyone gets very excited about it, and it go's live. But six months later, it is dry and outdated. No one has a clue on the performance nor even how to update the website. And your return on your original investment has just been wasted.

I offer monthly management services at a fraction of what it would normally cost to keep a full-time webmaster on staff. For example, a full-time webmaster can cost anywhere from $55k - $90k a year, depending on the complexity and what is expected of the webmaster. You will also need to keep the software updated to the latest and greatest, have testing servers, and a graphics design person if your webmaster does not have those skills. I have all the equipment and software, no benefits need to be paid, and minimal monthly hours will usually satisfy a routine maintenance schedule. Plus you have the peace of mind that your website will be kept running smooth.

There is also no nickel and diming our customers. We will decide on a monthly price based on hours per month. Once the monthly rate is set, that's it. No extra costs per image or page. No hidden fee's or "add on's". One rate covers it all.
